I've never tried Apophysis 3D... is it hard to learn to use?

It's not particularly difficult, but you'll need much experimenting. I haven't found a specific tutorial for Apo 3D, but I'm pretty sure there are some tutorials on how to make 3D Julian fractals.

Hi Loony! What a beautiful piece this one is. Caught my eye right away! I love the opalescence which is prevalent within the entire design and the semi-fading is a lovely touch, making the viewer look towards the crown jewel at the center of the piece. Wonderful job! :aww:
